Dear Artistic Director,
Every once in a while a new American musical comes along that brings a rare combination of artistic and financial success in part because it appeals to a new huge set of potential audience members. For Nunsense those were Catholics, for BARK! it is anyone who has ever loved a dog.
Spectacularly successful and critically acclaimed, BARK! is the perfect family friendly addition to any theatrical season. The show is relatively inexpensive to mount with simple set and costumes, offers partnerships with other successful charitable organizations that will expand your own audience significantly and will offer your creative team a new, howlingly funny and sometimes poignant show on which to stamp their own creative signature.
We have partnered with charitable animal organizations (including The Humane Society of the United States), vets, dog groomers, police canine units, pet retail outlets (including PetSmart) in the various cities in which BARK! has played to overwhelming success. I would suggest you simply google "animals organizations", "veterinarians", etc., to get an idea of how many thousand of such organizations are located within 50 miles of your theater and to recognize how many new ticket buyers a show like BARK! can bring.
One of the critics said: "people who love dogs will love BARK!; people who don't love dogs will also love BARK!"
BARK! licensing terms are flexible depending on capacity so that any size theater can mount
our beloved show.
The following pages offer you information on synopsis, registry, history and incredibly successful productions of BARK! and is decorated with photos from the many various productions.
